Can I see my cartoon before I order?
Yes. Your cartoon appears right here on the page, and you decide whether to use it before anything goes into your basket.
What if I don’t like the cartoon?
Tap “Try again” for a new version. You have 3 tries per photo, and you can upload a different photo at any time.
Which pets work?
Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and more – any pet whose face is clearly visible in the photo.
How do I clean it?
The cushion is made from soft 100% polyester. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth – it isn’t machine washable.
Which size should I choose?
45 cm / 18 in is our most popular size. Sizes range from 25 cm / 10 in to 70 cm / 28 in.
How long does it take?
Every cushion is made to order. You can expect your parcel within approximately 10 business days once it has left our warehouse, and delivery is free.
