When will my order arrive?
Every piece is made to order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and you can expect your parcel within approximately 10 business days once it has left our warehouse, depending on the country of delivery. Delivery is free, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your parcel is handed over to the shipping company. Delays can occasionally occur at busy times.
Which size should I choose?
Our adult hoodie is an oversized fit: 100 cm long with a 162 cm chest. The kids’ hoodie fits ages 4–13. Onesies are sized by height: XS/S 130–160 cm, M/L 165–180 cm, XL/XXL 185–210 cm.
Can I put two faces on one hoodie?
Yes. Choose “2 faces” (+£2) and upload a second photo – our designers cut out both and print them together.
Can I return a personalised item?
As every piece is made just for you, we can’t accept returns unless it’s faulty. If something isn’t right, email contact@super-hoodie.com and we’ll put it right. You can still swap your photo up to 1 hour after ordering.
