Yes, if you email contact@super-hoodie.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your order is already being made.

Every item is made to order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then we hand your parcel to Royal Mail or Evri. You can expect your parcel within approximately 10 business days once it has left our warehouse, depending on the country of delivery. As soon as it’s handed over to the shipping company, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email. There’s no production or delivery at weekends or on bank holidays, and delays can occasionally occur at busy times.

Delivery is free on every order.

We deliver to the UK, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Enter it on our order tracking page to see where your parcel is.

Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery is still free.

Because every item is personalised, we can’t accept returns if you simply change your mind.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, email contact@super-hoodie.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll find a solution as soon as possible.

You can change your photo or design within 1 hour of ordering. As every item goes into production quickly, we can’t cancel orders after that.

We use a special printing process that leaves no ink residue, so the print won’t rub off or stain. That’s why we offer a 100% anti-staining guarantee.

Our hoodies come in two oversized sizes: Kids (4–13 years) and Adult. The size guide below has the exact measurements.

Choose by height: XS/S for 130–160 cm, M/L for 165–180 cm and XL/XXL for 185–210 cm.
